Brochant metro station (line 13) is just a couple of minutes away in a lively area
Bus lines stopping nearby : 31, le 74, le 54 et le 81. There are even more on place de Clichy.
The apartment is located in a fast changing area of Paris, where trendy shops, sometimes selling original creations, and artsy cafes have clearly settled down a bit everywhere in rue Brochant and around.
Going out at night is possible by foot to the 9th arrondissement (for example to places like "Moune" or "Carmen"). Steps away from the flat, a restaurant with 2 stars in famous Michelin Guide : "La Bigarade". Movie theaters "Pathé Wepler" and "le Cinéma des Cinéastes" can be found on Place de Clichy.
Nearby "Square des Batignolles" and "Parc Luther King" are there for promenade or jogging.

The rooms are nicely organized around the entrance hall, clockwise :
- a bedroom with a large double bed, of course hangers will be made available for the renter(s), as well as the drawers of the chest of drawers

RATES
